Adjustment
Ringnecks take a LONG time to adjust. They take a long time to trust people, YOU have to urn THEIR trust.
When you first get them leave them in their cage for a couple of days. Talk to them softly, stick your hand in the cage very still and with slow movements.
The next step when they trust your hand is offer them a treat from your hand. And so forth.
Soon with patience and determination they will adjust and become terrors.
